attentive pool staff

the ocean el faro resort offers stunning views and a variety of activities. loved the great entertainment and diverse food options. the staff at the pool were attentive and made sure we had drinks during our stay. we appreciated the beautiful grounds, well-maintained and pleasant to walk through.

The resort features a beautiful private beach and stunning pool areas, perfect for relaxation and family fun. We particularly loved the kids' playground and Lazy River. it kept my five children entertained for hours. The ambiance made it feel special.

My wife says that the dining options were disappointing. The restaurant reservation system needs to be more family-friendly.

Great pools and amazing dining experiences

I had an enjoyable stay with fantastic pools and a variety of dining options that were delicious. The steakhouse stood out, especially with our attentive waiter, Rafael. However, the service at the lobby bar was lacking, and during weekends, when the resort was full, the buffet often ran out of food quickly, leading to some frustrating dining experiences.
